Subliminal acoustic manipulation of nervous systems

Abstract: In human subjects, sensory resonances can be excited by subliminal atmospheric acoustic pulses that are tuned to the resonance frequency. The 1/2 Hz sensory resonance affects the autonomic nervous system and may cause relaxation, drowsiness, or sexual excitement, depending on the precise acoustic frequency near 1/2 Hz used. The effects of the 2.5 Hz resonance include slowing of certain cortical processes, sleepiness, and disorientation. For these effects to occur, the acoustic intensity must lie in a certain deeply subliminal range. Suitable apparatus consists of a portable battery-powered source of weak subaudio acoustic radiation. The method and apparatus can be used by the general public as an aid to relaxation, sleep, or sexual arousal, and clinically for the control and perhaps treatment of insomnia, tremors, epileptic seizures, and anxiety disorders. There is further application as a nonlethal weapon that can be used in law enforcement standoff situations, for causing drowsiness and disorientation in targeted subjects. It is then preferable to use venting acoustic monopoles in the form of a device that inhales and exhales air with subaudio frequency.

The patent goes on to further describe the workings of this acoustic technology.

Experiments have shown that atmospheric acoustic stimulation of deeply subliminal intensity can excite in a human subject the sensory resonances near 1/2 Hz and 2.5 Hz. The 1/2 Hz resonance is characterized by ptosis of the eyelids, relaxation, drowsiness, a tonic smile, tenseness, or sexual excitement, depending on the precise acoustic frequency near 1/2 Hz that is used. The observable effects of the 2.5 Hz resonance include a slowing of certain cortical functions, sleepiness, and, after long exposure, dizziness and disorientation.

According to my inside source, that when the brain reaches the 2.5Hz, it is vulnerable to implantation of ideas and suggestions for behavioral modification. I was stunned when I found this passage in the description section of the patent because it matched what I was told by the former DARPA source.

The finding that these sensory resonances can be excited by atmospheric acoustic signals of deeply subliminal intensity opens the way to an apparatus and method for acoustic manipulation of a subject’s nervous system, wherein weak acoustic pulses are induced in the atmosphere at the subject’s ears, and the pulse frequency is tuned to the resonance frequency of the selected sensory resonance. The method can be used by the general public for control of insomnia and anxiety, and for facilitation of relaxation and sexual arousal.

Based upon the above description, we are seeing acute and dramatic behavioral modification as a result of this technology.

Clinical use of the method includes the control and perhaps a treatment of anxiety disorders, tremors, and seizures. A suitable embodiment for these applications is a small portable battery-powered subaudio acoustic radiator which can be tuned to the resonance frequency of the selected sensory resonance.

The significance of the behavioral modification potential of this technology is dramatically described in the preceding paragraph.

The following paragraph of the patent description, explains how this technology can be used at a distance.

There is an embodiment suitable for law enforcement operations in which a subject’s nervous system is manipulated from a considerable distance, as in a standoff situation. Subliminal subaudio acoustic pulses at the subject’s location may then be induced by acoustic waves radiating from a venting acoustic monopole, or by a pulsed air jet, especially when aimed at the subject or at another material surface, where the jet velocity fluctuations are wholly or partly converted into static pressure fluctuations.

The described physiological effects occur only if the intensity of the acoustic stimulation falls in a certain range, called the effective intensity window. This window has been measured in exploratory fashion for the 2.5 Hz resonance.” 

The ability to embed mind control into the 5G range is discussed in the patent:

The very low frequency waves needed for the acoustic stimulation of the vestibular nerve may also be provided by a sound system in which weak subaudio pulses are added to audible audio program material. This may be done in the customary manner way of adding the currents from these signals at the inverting input of an operational amplifier. The amplitude of the pulses is chosen such that the strength of the resulting acoustic pulses lies in the effective intensity window. Experiments in our laboratory have shown that the presence of audible signals, such as music or speech, does not interfere with the excitation of sensory resonances.

The invention can also be implemented as a sound tape or CD ROM which contains audible audio program material together with subliminal subaudio signals. The recording can be done by mixing the audio and subaudio signals in the usual manner. In choosing the subaudio signal level, one must compensate for the poor frequency response of the recorder and the electronics, at the ultra low subaudio frequencies used. 

The above paragraph contains a description of what is known as voice-to-skull technology. the process was popularized by Dr. Nick Begich. In his book, Angels Don’t Play This HAARP, Begich describes how he provided the European Union legislature with a personal demonstration of implanting voices into someone’s head in a technological approach, Begich referred to as voice-to-skull technology. The European Union leaders were so stunned, they passed a resolution against the use of the technology.

Unmistakable Referencing to Mind Control

Brain mapping under the guise of research has the strong appearance of being a whole lot more than someone’s laboratory investigation. Consider the very telling excerpt in which project managers state that they want to implant electrodes in hundreds of cell membranes by an army of nanoparticles which will allow these nanoparticles to become apart of the cell membrane functioning. The process is described in the project managers own words:

“…Nanoprobes bearing several dozen electrodes, for instance, could be stacked to probe hundreds of thousands of recording sites and transmit data wirelessly.

Alternatively, nanoparticles carrying molecules that bring them to specific cell types could lodge in cell membranes so surgical placement wouldn’t be necessary. The nanoparticles could also carry molecules that can sense electrical activity, pressure, or even certain chemicals revealing brain activity.”

United States Patent 5,159,703, Lowery, October 27, 1992, Silent Subliminal Presentation System, Inventors: Lowery, Oliver M. Appl. No. 458339 Filed December 28, 1989, discusses the microwave technology necessary for mind control. In this patent,  we witness the move from the mind control  of certain individuals who might have been programmed, which is frightening enough, to witnessing entire populations being controlled. 5G coming to a neighborhood very soon! The Active Denial System (ADS), is a non-lethal, directed-energy weapon developed by the U.S. military, designed for area denial, perimeter security and crowd control. Informally, the weapon (based on microwave radiation) is also called the heat ray since it works by heating the surface of targets, such as the skin of targeted human beings.

Raytheon had marketed a reduced-range version of this technology. The ADS was deployed in 2010 with the United States military in the Afghanistan War, but was withdrawn without seeing combat. On August 20, 2010, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department announced its intent to use this technology to control incarcerated people in the Pitchess Detention Center in Los Angeles, stating its intent to use it in “operational evaluation” in situations such as breaking up prisoner fights. As of 2014, the ADS was only a vehicle-mounted weapon, though U.S. Marines and police were both working on portable versions. ADS was developed under the sponsorship of the Department of Defense Non-Lethal Weapons Program with the Air Force Research Laboratory as the lead agency. There are reports that Russia and China are developing their own versions of the Active Denial System.

The ADS works by firing a high-powered (100 kW output power) beam of 95 GHz waves at a target, which corresponds to a wavelength of 3.2 mm. The ADS millimeter wave energy works on a similar principle as a microwave oven, exciting the water and fat molecules in the skin, and instantly heating them via dielectric heating. One significant difference is that a microwave oven uses the much lower frequency (and longer wavelength) of 2.45 GHz. The short millimeter waves used in ADS only penetrate the top layers of skin, with most of the energy being absorbed within 0.4 mm (​¹⁄₆₄ inch), whereas microwaves will penetrate into human tissue about 17 mm (0.67 inch).

The CIA has been called into question for:

• using torture,

• funding and training of groups and organizations that would later participate in killing of civilians and other non-combatants,
• would try or succeed in overthrowing democratically elected governments,

Despite of huge budget CIA has failed (below are only few examples):

• to prevent assassination of  president JFK ( one of conspiracy theories suggests that CIA was responsible for it).
• CIA has also failed to prevent 9/11 attacks (one of conspiracy theories suggests it was involved in it).

On the other hand, CIA has provided justification and “reasons” (often fabricated, e.g. weapons of mass distraction in Iraq ) for multitude of (post WWII) U.S. military operations and wars.

If you buy milk or butter and it tastes bad, you know it is not good for you; it is obvious, and you have a choice not to consume it.

*Do you remember the story of Thalidomide? It is a sedative drug discovered at the end of the 50s, which caused a worldwide tragedy. The drug has been prescribed to many pregnant women in order to relieve pregnancy nausea. It was later found that thalidomide caused irreversible damages to the fetus and thousands of children were born with severe congenital malformations. Thalidomide was marketed in 1956 by Chemie Grünenthal in Western Germany, first as an anti-flu, then in 1957, as an hypnotic drug. It was then available without prescription. In April 1958, thalidomide was marketed in the United Kingdom by Distillers Company. Several countries followed suit and thalidomide was put into circulation under many different brands. Overall, thalidomide was sold under about 40 different names around the world, principally in Western countries and in Japan. Important advertising campaigns were led by its fabricants, starting with Chemie Grünenthal and Distillers Company. Thalidomide was described as a miracle drug. Thousands of samples were distributed to doctors, who were encouraged to prescribe it to pregnant women in order to alleviate pregnancy nausea. Everyone was told that this drug represented no risk at all for pregnant women.

The United States military started administering the anthrax vaccine during the Gulf War. The anthrax vaccine, which was a mandatory immunization until 2004 for military service people, has been linked to dozens of adverse reactions and concerning long-term side effects.
Over 2 million doses of the anthrax vaccine were given to United States military members from 1990 to 2001. Thousands of Gulf War military veterans may have received an anthrax vaccine with the Squalene adjuvant. Extensive research done on other squalene-containing vaccines used around the world links Squalene to long-term severe neurological and immune system dysfunction.

Big Pharma is legally exempt from lawsuits. And how do we know they will not be selling a placebo to make huge profits (or worse – e.g. biochemicals that can “reduce” population)? How do we know how honest is their vaccine testing: e.g. if for 1,000 tested, 990 received placebo (e.g. saline ) and only 10 get the new experimental vaccine … and if 2 people got severe reaction, “they” can say it was 99.8% effective and only “negligible” 0.2% got side effects (instead of 20%). 

Self-appointed “experts” like Bill Gates use mainstream media (they sponsor) to convince people that only a “phenomenal” vaccine can save the humanity from the pandemic and perpetual “new normal”…

It seems more like an unprecedented attempt to enslave and “brand” (under disguise of the contact tracing) the entire population of the planet… 
Once mandatory vaccination becomes a new law (in fact, it is already a law in California and Australia – read below), people who want to have the free choice will be either vaccinated by force or go to “isolation camps”.

A short, timely reading from the first book by Larken Rose, “How To Be a Successful Tyrant,” which he wrote over fifteen years ago.

Almost all oppression via propaganda is based upon scaring people and then presenting a false choice where the people can choose either to do what you want them to do or face some unknown often purely fictional horror.
This is not the method of the common thug which can be summarized as do this or I will hurt you.
A successful modern tyrant never presents himself as the thing to be afraid of as doing so would obviously create resentment and hatred in the peasantry and that leads to resistance.
Everything to be feared or TBF with which you terrorize your peasants must be presented as some separate outside evil that only you can save them from.
You must present the simple choice between obedience to you and the threat of some unpleasant happening, which does not appear to be of your doing in which you pretend to lament the existence of.
In short, you must deceive and scare the citizens into voluntarily giving up their freedom.

A simple example would be making up a plague of some sort and shirring people that millions are doomed to die and then claiming that giving you a lot of money in control is the only hope of averting disaster.

Or perhaps instead of making up a disease you can pick a real disease grossly exaggerated the risk it poses to the peasants whip them into a frenzy and then present yourself as their only hope for salvation, which of course will require you to be given much wealth and power.

Recent history gives many examples* to build upon such as aids anthrax mad cow disease etc.  Even the common flu can be used to spread alarm and panic in the peasantry, concludes Larken Rose.

*Covid-19 ( aka Coronavirus ) is perfect example.

The Disclosure Project is a nonprofit research project working to fully disclose the facts about UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and classified advanced energy and propulsion systems. PROJECT BACKGROUND

Beginning in 1993, I started an effort that was designed to identify firsthand military and government witnesses to UFO events and projects, as well as other evidence to be used in a public disclosure. From 1993, we spent considerable time and resources briefing the Clinton Administration, including CIA Director James Woolsey, senior military officials at the Pentagon, and select members of Congress, among others. In April of 1997, more than a dozen such government and military witnesses were assembled in Washington DC for briefings with Congressmen, Pentagon officials and others. There, we specifically requested open Congressional Hearings on the subject. None were forthcoming.

In 1998, we set out to “privatize” the disclosure process by raising the funds to videotape, edit, and organize over 100 military and government witnesses to UFO events and projects. We had estimated that between $2 million and $4 million would be needed to do this on a worldwide basis. By August of 2000 only about 5% of this amount had been raised but we decided to proceed since further delay was deemed imprudent given the serious issues involved here. So beginning in August we began creating the Witness Archive Project and we set about the task of traveling all over the world to interview these witnesses in broadcast quality digital video format. Due to the severe limitation of funds, this effort was predominantly prepared by myself and a few other volunteers roughly from August 2000 through December 2000.

Beginning in late December 2000, I began editing over 120 hours of raw digital video testimony at home. I should note that I am a medical doctor and not an editor. Nevertheless, from late December 2000 until late February 2001 the 120 hours were reduced first to 33 hours of select testimony and then 18 hours of super-select testimony. The 33 hours of select testimony were dubbed to audiotape and transcribed resulting in approximately 1200 pages of testimony transcripts. In March and early April, 2001 I edited these transcripts into a readable form, which appear herein.

I must emphasize that this has been done under the most severe time and funding constraints, working 7 days a week and mostly 18 hours a day. And I thought the Emergency Department was tough!

I share this only so the reader will understand that these transcripts and other materials are very likely to contain errors. These include likely errors in proper names arising from the phonetic spelling of such names directly from transcribed audio tapes of testimony. I apologize in advance for these.

The transcripts (that appear in the Briefing Document) have only been altered to correct for a) length and b) grammar and readability. I have assiduously avoided changing the meaning of testimony at all times. Statements in brackets [ ] are for clarification. Statements in italics and brackets [ ] reflect commentary on my part and are followed by my initials, SG.

These materials are, as you can now discern, only the tip of the iceberg of what we have recorded on digital videotape. That is, from over 120 hours of testimony by over 100 witnesses we transcribed only 33 hours and then further edited materials down to a fraction of that amount. Moreover, the full archive represents the testimony of only 100 witnesses of the more than 400 identified to date. The edited testimony will be appearing in book form. A portion of it appears in The Disclosure Project Briefing Document and only small excerpts and summary bios of testimony appear in this Executive summary. We hope in the future to secure funding for a 5-6 part broadcast quality video documentary series to be made from the videotaped testimony we have as the impact of hearing and seeing these witnesses speak is very moving.

As you read this testimony remember that it is indeed only the beginning. The rest is up to you: Call and demand that Congress and the President and the leaders of other countries hold hearings into this subject without delay. These witnesses welcome a subpoena so that they may officially testify under oath to what they have experienced and said here. Indeed, the most revealing testimony waits to be seen since the deepest sources are refusing to come forward until protected through official Congressional hearings.

This then brings me to my last point: The witnesses who have given testimony to date are extraordinarily brave men and women – heroes in my eyes – who have taken great personal risks in coming forward. Some have been threatened and intimidated. All are risking the ever-present ridicule that attends this subject. Not a single one of them has been paid for his or her testimony: It has been given freely and without reservation for the good of humanity. I wish to personally thank them here and extend to them my personal, highest respect and gratitude.

Please, I implore you not to let this effort and their sacrifice be in vain. Help us place this matter in front of the public, the media, and our elected representatives so that the full truth may be disclosed, so that those Earth-saving technologies now classified may be released, and so humanity may enter a new chapter in its evolution as one of many people in the cosmos.

This summary is focusing on the testimony of important first-hand witnesses. We have thousands of government documents, hundreds of photographs, trace landing cases and more, but it is impossible to include them in a summary of this length. These materials will be made available for any serious scientific or Congressional inquiry.

According to the government, fires, primarily, leveled this building, but fires have never before or since destroyed a steel skyscraper. The team that investigated the collapse were kept away from the crime scene. By the time they published their inconclusive report in May, 2002, the evidence had been destroyed. Why did the government rapidly recycle the steel from the largest and most mysterious engineering failure in world history, and why has the media remained silent?

Getting children interested in science and other STEM* fields ( STEM is an acronym for the fields of science, technology, engineering and math)  is one of the biggest educational challenges parents face. Many are afraid of science themselves and believe they will bore their child and make them uninterested in the field. However, that’s not the case if you approach learning science in a fun and imaginative way. 

All children are naturally inquisitive and use their curiosity to learn new things. No field is as accepting of curiosity as science, which rewards that willingness to explore. It’s never too early to teach science to kids and you don’t have to wait until your child’s school begins STEM learning.

Research has shown early development of fundamental STEM skills can improve a child’s wider learning capabilities and pave a way for better educational results in the future. When kids are faced with a tough challenge, they will often avoid it to remain in a comfort zone. That’s a problem in early science learning because adults too can be worried about this field.

Questions are Important

In many ways, the entire field of science is built on questions. Someone asks a question and then looks for a way to answer the question through solving problems. That means questions in science are unbelievably valuable and should not be ignored. Children are question machines and will ask you dozens of questions each day. Pay attention to what your child is asking you and look to answer in the best way possible, even if it means you need to head online to answer “Mommy, why is the sky blue?”

Answers are Just as Important

You need to answer questions, but simply giving your child an answer may not further the scientific processes. A good way to engage your children early in STEM subjects is to work with them to find answers. That may be as simple as Google searching and reading answers together. A simple “I don’t know the answer to that, let’s find out together” can be a powerful tool in early education. 

Invite Curiosity

Curiosity is perhaps the biggest learning tool your child has. This is the way a kid will learn almost anything, from an innate program that means they inquire about most things. It does not take a lot to get those curious juices flowing in a child, so pay attention for situations when you can bring out this inquisitive nature. For example, during a walk in the park, drop remarks like “did you know trees need sun and water to grow” and wait for the certain flow of curious follow up questions that will come from your child.

Physicists have been attempting to explain time since Albert Einstein published his theory of relativity. Prior to Einstein, defining exactly what time really is wasn’t necessary. But Einstein brought into play the idea of space-time, an idea that forced those who followed him to try to figure out exactly how people or objects occupy the same space at the same time.

As Dawn Adès wrote, “The soft watches are an unconscious symbol of the relativity of space and time, a Surrealist meditation on the collapse of our notions of a fixed cosmic order”.

Most physicists agree that time is a dimension similar to length, width, and height. Yet ‘most’ does not equal ‘all’. There are other physicists who believe time is an illusion. The dimension and illusion crowds have been at odds for decades. Is one right and the other wrong? Or is it possible that time is neither one?

Defining a Dimension

The problem with attempting to explain time actually rests in defining what a dimension is. Look across the internet and you will discover a surprising lack of a clear definition. The one thing all the definitions have in common is the idea of measuring. Length is a measurable dimension. You can measure the distance between two points using a ruler or tape measure.

The physical properties of the first three dimensions make them easy to understand. Space is something we experience on a tangible level, so we have no trouble with the idea of length, width, and height being dimensions. But time is not tangible. That makes it a problem.

Without a hard and fast definition of the word, whether or not time is a dimension really rests in how you choose to define the terms. If Einstein’s theory is correct, it should be easy enough to move back and forth in time just as easily as you can walk back and forth on a pavement. The problem is that we still can’t do it.

Time Is Measurable

Einstein hypothesized that time is a measurable dimension. He wrote formulas and crunched tonnes of numbers to transform his hypothesis into a working theory. In the end, he determined that it would be possible to travel through time if you could manage to go far enough, fast enough. He believed that by combining the properties of physical space with those of speed and acceleration, one should be able to move forward and backward in time.

It is an interesting theory with demonstrable mathematics behind it. But Einstein’s theory of relativity has never been proven. Humanity still has yet to time travel. And yet, that doesn’t make sense to people who see time as an illusion.

Defenders of time as a dimension believe the only thing preventing time travel is technology. But that’s a hard pill to swallow. It requires absolutely no technology to measure the other three dimensions. Even before the advent of rulers and tape measures, people could still measure the distance between objects using anything from a piece of string to one’s arm.

If measuring length, width, and height requires no special technology or scientific understanding, why should time be so different? If time truly is a dimension, it should be just as easily measured.

Just an Illusion

The illusion camp insists that Einstein’s theory of relativity proves their point. It doesn’t, but there’s no convincing them of that. Time being an illusion would suggest that everything in the universe happens simultaneously. At the same time you are being born, you are also dying. At the very same time you are driving that new car off the lot, it is being totalled in an accident 2000 miles away.

The idea of all things happening simultaneously is absurd. Nature itself dictates as much. But then, what is time? It does not behave like the three dimensions of space. But it is also clearly not an illusion. Time is not a thing of fancy invented by philosophers who got bored of contemplating their navels.

Time Is a Measurement

Perhaps truly understanding time requires going back to the idea of the space-time continuum. In physics, the space-time continuum is a model that seeks to explain the existence of objects in reference to their place in time and space. This requires four coordinates: length, width, height, and time.

This model works well until you try to force two objects to occupy the same space simultaneously. They cannot. It is not physically possible. You can have two objects adjacent to one another. You can have them stacked one on top of another. But you cannot have two objects occupy the exact same space at the exact same time. That’s where the space-time continuum becomes problematic.

However, there is an important aspect about dimensions that provides insight. Length, height, and width are measurements. They are measures of distance. Time is also a measurement. It is a measurement of the passing of events. It is this measurement that makes it both similar to the other three dimensions and completely separate from them at the same time.

A Traffic Accident in Time

Imagine a traffic accident on a busy street. People in nearby buildings rush out to help, medical emergency kits in hand. They tend to the wounded while waiting for emergency services to show up. The victims are ultimately extricated from the wreckage and taken to the hospital.

The passing of all of these events is measured as time. It may have taken no more than two minutes for local shopkeepers to emerge from their stores. We measure that two minutes from the time the accident occurred to the time the shopkeepers appeared. Two minutes is a measurement of the passing of both events. Moreover, you can measure it in either direction.

On the front end, you can measure the time it takes until the shopkeepers emerge. On the other hand, you can measure the time since the accident. But here’s the difference between time and the other three dimensions: reference points can’t be repeated. In other words, you cannot go back and repeat the accident over and over again. You can mark the time at which it occurred, but you cannot go back to that moment and repeat the accident.

When you are talking length, width, and height, you can repeat as often as you like. You can go to each successive point and repeat your measurements over and over again. You can’t do that with time. Once an event passes, it is gone.

Is time a dimension, an illusion, or neither? No one knows for sure. Perhaps time is little more than a measurement. It measures the passing of events and nothing more. Think about it. Maybe our attempts to understand time have led us to complicate what is really a simple thing.
